Technical Support and Programming Rates
Please note: Technical support will not be provided until payment arrangements have been made. Purchase orders are accepted on government accounts only. Hourly services can be purchased in blocks of 40 incidences at a reduced rate of 20%. If you have any questions please call Winwurx technical support. Per-incident telephone charges are a one time fee for each issue. You will not be charged any additional amount if you must call again about the same issue. All Winwurx non freeware products have 30 days of free technical support. After this period, service contracts are available at approximately 30% of original and accumulative purchases. Program updates are no charge under service agreements. Prices vary with level of support and quantity of network users.
